 Anant Gupta is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Advaya Capital.  Prior to starting Advaya in 2024, Anant was an investment professional at Brookfield Asset Management in their Private Equity group and at Golden Gate Capital.  Anant has an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an AM in Statistics from Harvard University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and an AB in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College.

Rishi Jain is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Advaya Capital.  Prior to starting Advaya in 2024, Rishi was the Head of the Western Region for Accordion, a private equity focused operational consulting firm. Rishi has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in EECS from UC Berkeley.
